Newcomers are invited to an After Party after every service to hear the church’s story, vision, and values—complete with coffee, snacks, and childcare for infants through 5th grade—and can explore next steps like baptism, serving on Sunday Teams (such as Kids or Production), or joining a Party small group; a simple “Plan Your First Visit” form makes arrival easy. Parties run in three seasons (Jan–Mar, May–Jul, Sep–Nov) with sign-ups opening two weeks prior, and the church serves Knoxville through at least one I Love My City outreach each month, including ILMC Day that begins with a 9:00 AM breakfast rally before partnering locally until 2:00 PM. Families will find a robust Kids ministry using The Gospel Project, staffed by background-checked “Heaven Bringers” with a dedicated Safety Team, age-specific environments from infants (6–8 weeks) through 5th grade, foyer-left check-in opening 20 minutes before services, optional pre-registration for a smoother first visit, and leadership from coordinators Faith and Johnny who moved to Knoxville in 2020 to help start the church.
