Woodlawn is independently governed by an annually elected elder board and staffed by ministers (many Johnson University graduates) overseeing children, youth, young adults, worship and senior adults—led by Dwayne Curry (on staff since 2006) with Charles W. Beckett returning to senior adults ministry in 2022—and it streams its 11:00 AM service (including Communion) online while offering a Plan Your Visit form and active social channels to help newcomers connect.
