Senior Pastor Rob Ham began serving in fall 2024 alongside worship and next-gen staff, and student ministry "The Crossing" (led by intern Sam Turner) emphasizes relational discipleship with family-style meals, small groups, worship and seasonal retreats, while Bridge Kids leaders can access video training and volunteer sign-ups online. The church also offers an app (iOS, Android, Roku), a sermon media library, English and Spanish site options, a new midweek discipleship called The Well (Wednesdays at 6:00 PM beginning January 7, 2026), and active local and global P.E.A.C.E. outreach like a food pantry, community garden and Mexican medical trips.
